Annual church planting gathering: stories, networking, discussion, coaching, workshops... Are you coming?
It's in Derbyshire, UK. We share barn-conversions around the courtyard, eating in our houses: relaxing, relational and a great way to network and support each other. Whether you are a newbie to church planting, a veteran or overseer you will find other people here like you and will be warmly welcomed whether from the UK or mainland Europe.
We start at 16:00 on Tuesday 23rd March and finish at 13:00 on Thursday 25 March 2010.

The venue and accommodation is the Somersal Cottages in Derbyshire, UK, a cluster of spacious conversions in a beautiful rural location, ideal for a gathering designed to build relationships. www.somersalcottages.co.uk
Book online at www.churchplantinggathering2010.eventbrite.com £95 per person includes all meals, the event, and accommodation in shared rooms. Single rooms are available at a £75 supplement. You could approach your Baptist Union or Association to see if they will sponsor you attendance. We anticipate significant demand with about 50 coming so book early to ensure a place.

Travel: if you are not coming by car we hope to arrange other attendees to collect you from Uttoxeter train station or East Midlands Airport. Shortly before the event we will send final information including directions for travel by road.

Cancellation and other policies:
- Up to 30 days before the event we will refund 75% of the fee if you cancel. Within 30 days of the event we are unable to give refunds. However if you find another person to take your place we will consider allowing your booking to be passed to them.
- The event will run in bad weather. It did last year in the snow!
- We may vary the programme from that advertised at our discretion.
